SSL certificate renewal failure notice

The Domains & SSL page shows an error on the system subdomain card, or your admin-notifications mailbox has sent a notice about a certificate renewal failure.

MapleGather renews SSL certificates on its own, 30 days before they expire. Renewal errors are rare. When one happens:

  • The Domains & SSL page shows: “Your certificate couldn’t renew automatically. We’re on it — your admin-notifications mailbox has been alerted.”
  • MapleGather’s team is alerted and works on the fix.
  • Your admin-notifications mailbox gets a follow-up when the certificate is renewed.

You don’t need to contact support unless you haven’t heard back within 24 hours.

No action is required from you. MapleGather’s team handles the renewal.

  1. Note when you first saw the error notice.
  2. Watch your admin-notifications mailbox for a follow-up message.

If you have not received a follow-up within 24 hours:

  1. Contact MapleGather support.
  2. Share your organization name and when you first saw the error.
  3. Do not try to reconfigure SSL yourself — MapleGather manages the system subdomain certificate entirely.
