Apply for a family or household membership
This guide shows you how to apply for a family or household level so that your whole family is covered under one membership.
Who can do this: Anyone. The person who applies becomes the primary member.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Have the names of the household members you want to include.
- Check the level card on the sign-up page for the seat cap and pricing.
- Go to the sign-up page and find the family or household level.
- Select Join at this level.
- Fill in your name, email, and any required fields. You are the primary member.
- Scroll to the Family plan section. It shows how many seats are included.
- Select Add household member and enter their name. Email is optional — leave it blank for children.
- Repeat step 5 for each person you want to add. If the level charges per person, the price preview updates as you add members.
- If a Terms acceptance checkbox appears, check I accept.
- Select Submit application.
- On the payment page, enter your card details and select Pay {amount}.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”You’ll know it worked when a confirmation page appears. Check your email for a sign-in link. After signing in, select My membership, then Household to see your members and add anyone you missed.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- “Add household member” is greyed out — you’ve reached the seat cap. Contact the organization if you need more seats.
- Card declined — try a different card. Your application details are saved.
- “This person is already a member” — you’ll see a note in their row. Leave them as-is and continue. They’ll be invited to link their existing account to your household — no new details needed.
