Your promo code wasn't applied
You entered a promo code — during signup or on your subscription page — and saw a note that it couldn’t be applied.
What’s happening
Section titled “What’s happening”A promo code is checked the moment you apply it. If it can’t be used, you’ll see one of these messages:
- Not found — The code doesn’t match any promo code we have. Look for a typo, an extra space, or a missing character.
- Expired — The code is past its valid dates and can no longer be used.
- Fully redeemed — The code has already been used the maximum number of times.
A promo code is never required. Whichever message you see, you can still start your trial or subscribe — your account simply uses the standard rate.
How to fix it
Section titled “How to fix it”- Re-check the code against where you got it (a campaign email or link). Watch for a capital-letter difference, a zero versus the letter O, or a stray space.
- Select the Promo code field, clear it, and type the code again. Then select Apply.
- If the code was time-limited and has passed its dates, it can’t be revived. Continue at the standard rate, or ask whoever gave you the code for a current one.
If that didn’t work
Section titled “If that didn’t work”- If you’re still in signup, you can start your trial without a code and add a valid one later from your subscription page.
- If a code was working before and later stopped, a discount you already had stays in place — only a new attempt to apply an expired or fully redeemed code is turned away.
- If you believe the code should work, contact MapleGather support and include the exact code and where you received it.
