View and manage your membership

This guide shows where to find your membership status, renewal date, card on file, and recent payments — and how to act from that page.

Who can do this: Any active member.

  1. Sign in to the member portal.
  2. Select My membership in the navigation.
  3. The top of the page shows your membership level, join date, next renewal date, and status badge.
  4. Check the Auto-renew row:
    • If auto-renew is on, it shows your next charge date and amount.
    • If auto-renew is off, it shows when your membership ends and a Renew now button.
  5. Under Card on file, confirm the card’s last 4 digits and expiry are correct.
  6. Under Recent payments, select View receipt to see the full receipt for any payment.
  • Turn off auto-renew — select Turn off auto-renew. Your membership stays active through the current expiry date but no future charges are made.
  • Enable auto-renew — select Enable auto-renew when it’s off.
  • Update your card — select Update card in the card-on-file section.
  • Renew now — select Renew now when auto-renew is off.
  • Cancel — select Cancel membership at the bottom of the page.

The page always reflects your current status. After a renewal, the renewal date updates to your new expiry date.
