View the board aggregate dashboard
This guide shows you how to open the Board portal dashboard and read your org’s aggregate metrics.
Who can do this: Board Members and Governance Readers with the reports:view-board permission.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You have a Board Member role. Your admin sets this up.
- If you also hold an admin role, a View as admin button lets you switch to the full admin view.
Open the board dashboard
Section titled “Open the board dashboard”- Sign in to your org’s MapleGather portal. The Board portal opens at
/board. - Select Dashboard in the board nav. The dashboard loads your org’s aggregate metrics.
Read the cards
Section titled “Read the cards”- The dashboard shows MRR, MRR Growth, Avg Revenue per Member, Lifetime Revenue, Churn Rate, Retention Rate, Members Gained, Members Lost, Overdue renewals, Pending applications, and Outstanding invoices — all as org-wide totals.
- Each card shows “shows totals, not names” below the label. The board view shows totals only. Member names and payment details are not available here. See How the board view protects member privacy.
- Select any card to open an aggregate panel. The panel shows: “Board view shows counts only — member names are private.” and the relevant total (for example, “27 overdue renewals — count only, no names”).
Export
Section titled “Export”- Select Export aggregate in the page header.
- Choose CSV, Excel, or PDF. No member names are included.
Switch to admin view
Section titled “Switch to admin view”If you also hold an admin role, select View as admin in the page header to open /admin/dashboard with full drill-through access.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”The cards show your org’s totals and each card says “shows totals, not names.” Selecting a card opens an aggregate panel, not a member list.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- Dashboard didn’t load — select Retry. If the problem continues, contact your organization’s admin.
- You don’t see the board dashboard at all — your account may not have a Board Member role. Ask your admin to check your role assignment.
