MapleGather subscription statuses reference
This page lists every status a MapleGather subscription can hold, the pricing model that applies, and what each status means for your organization’s access.
Subscription statuses

Full feature access. | 14-day free trial. No payment method required. trialEndsAt is set at organization creation. |
active |
Full feature access. | Paying subscription. Contact count and SMS usage are metered monthly. |
trial_expired_read_only |
Read-only. Members can still sign in, but no changes can be saved. | Trial ended without a paid plan. 30-day window before purge — subscribe to restore full access. |
past_due |
Full feature access continues during grace period. | Last charge failed. Admin notification email sent. Resolve the billing issue to avoid suspension. |
cancelled |
Access continues until the end of the current billing period. | Self-service cancel submitted. A 30-day data-retention window begins at the end of the billing period. |
purged |
No access. Organization data permanently deleted. | 30-day post-cancel (or post-trial-expired) retention window elapsed. Data deletion is irreversible. |
Pricing model
Section titled “Pricing model”MapleGather uses contact-count pricing only. There are no feature tiers and no feature gating.

| Base charge | Included-contacts threshold (flat monthly fee covers contacts up to the threshold). |
| Overage charge | Per-contact rate × contacts over the threshold. |
| SMS usage | Metered separately based on messages sent. |
| Promo codes | Discount the per-contact rate or grant first-N-months credit. Promo codes never gate or unlock features. |
| Tiers | None. There are no Starter, Professional, or Enterprise tiers. |
