Custom fields
Section titled “Custom fields”One column appears for each custom field your organization has defined, in field-position order. Column names match the field label as it appears in MapleGather.
For file-type custom fields, the export contains a secure download URL (not the file itself). The URL is valid for 24 hours after the export is created.
Admin-only custom fields appear only for admins whose role includes the matching RBAC category. They are absent from the column selector for admins without access.
Row count and async threshold
Section titled “Row count and async threshold”If the export includes 1,000 rows or fewer, the file downloads directly to your browser. For more than 1,000 rows, the export runs in the background and MapleGather emails you a download link when it’s ready. Download links are available for 24 hours.
