View the send-detail and per-recipient log

This guide shows you how to open a sent broadcast’s detail page, check the delivery rate, read the exact email your members received, and look up individual recipients’ delivery outcomes.

Who can do this: Admins who can view broadcast reports.

  • The send-detail page is available for broadcasts in any status — including in-flight blasts that are still sending.
  • Open/click tracking isn’t available at this time. The metrics row shows those fields as unavailable pending a future update.
  1. Go to Email > All blasts in the sidebar.
  2. Select the subject line of the broadcast you want to review. You land on its send-detail page.
  3. Check the status badge next to the subject in the header — for example, Sent or Partial.
  4. Review the delivery rate shown in the metrics row. This is the percentage of dispatched emails that reached your members’ mail servers.
  5. Scroll to the Email sent section to read the exact body your members received. This is the snapshot taken at send time — if you’ve edited a template since, this page still shows the original.
  6. Scroll to the Recipients table to see individual delivery outcomes. Each row shows the member’s name, email address, and a delivery status:
    • Delivered — the email reached the member’s mail server.
    • Bounced — delivery failed; the Bounce reason column says why.
    • Pending — still in transit; resolves shortly.
    • Suppressed — excluded at send time because the member had opted out of the relevant email category.
  7. To narrow the list, use the Status filter above the table or enter a name or email in the search field.
  8. To view a specific member’s full record, select their name in the table.

You’ll know you’ve found the right information when the recipient count in the “Recipients” heading matches the total you sent to, and the delivery rate matches the percentage shown in the metrics row.
