Use the Integrations overview
This guide shows you how to read the Integrations landing page and navigate from it to each sub-area — API keys, webhooks, Zapier, and the interactive docs.
Who can do this: Admins with the integrations:read scope. The Developer section (API keys and Webhooks cards) is only visible when API access is enabled for your organization.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You need an admin account.
- To connect Zapier or manage API keys and webhooks, you need additional permissions (see each area’s article).
- In the admin sidebar, select Admin & Security, then select Integrations.
- The overview loads three sections:
- Connected apps — any active integrations (for example, a connected Zapier account).
- Developer — your API-key count, webhook endpoint health, and a link to the interactive API docs. This section is hidden if API access is not enabled for your organization.
- No-code — the Zapier connection card and upcoming integrations marked “Coming in an update.”
- To go to a specific area, select the card or the Open link within it.
Verify
Section titled “Verify”You’ll know it worked when you see the three card sections loaded with your organization’s current counts and health statuses. If one section fails to load, a Retry link appears for that section while the others stay visible.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- The Integrations menu item is missing — your role may not have the
integrations:readscope. Contact your organization’s owner to check your permissions. - One card section shows an error — select Retry for that section. The other sections continue to work.
- The Developer section is not visible — API access may not be enabled for your organization. Contact your organization’s owner.
