Sign-in link not arriving
You selected Send sign-in link but the email hasn’t arrived. This is usually a spam filter or sender-address issue — not a problem with your account.
What’s happening
Section titled “What’s happening”MapleGather sends the sign-in email from your organization’s email address, not from maplegather.com. Many email clients and spam filters don’t recognize this sender at first and may hold the email. The email is typically delivered within 2 minutes.
How to fix it
Section titled “How to fix it”- Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. The email comes from your organization’s email domain — for example,
noreply@riverside-garden-club.org— not from maplegather.com. - If you see the email in spam, mark it as “Not spam” so future sign-in emails arrive in your inbox.
- If you don’t see it anywhere, wait 2 minutes, then select Resend link on the confirmation screen. The Resend link button becomes active after a short cooldown.
- Select ← Back to return to the email entry screen, double-check your email address for typos, and select Send sign-in link again.
If that didn’t work
Section titled “If that didn’t work”- “We sent a link recently — wait a minute before requesting another.” — This message appears when you’ve requested several links in a short time. Wait a minute and try once more.
- Still nothing after 5 minutes — Contact your organization and ask them to confirm that your email address is correct in their system. A typo in your email at the time of joining can cause sign-in emails to go to the wrong address.
- Your organization can help — They can update your email address and send you a new sign-in link from their admin panel.
