Monitor the admin transition dashboard

After you send the post-migration broadcast, the transition dashboard shows how many members have claimed their accounts and where they are in the process. This guide covers how to read the dashboard and follow up with members who haven’t responded.

Who can do this: Admins with the broadcast view-dashboard permission (migration:broadcast).

  • The transition dashboard is available after you send the post-migration broadcast. Go to Migration in the admin sidebar and select Transition dashboard, or open it from the import summary page.
  1. The top of the dashboard shows four stat tiles: Recipients (total members who received the broadcast), Sent (emails dispatched), Claimed (members who clicked the link and set up their account), and Failed to send (if any).

  2. Below the tiles, the funnel shows the full progression from Sent through to Account claimed and Profile verified. Each stage shows a count and the percentage who moved to that stage.

Some funnel stages — delivered, opened, and clicked — are not yet tracked at M1. These rows show “Data coming in a future update” and will populate when available.

  3. If you configured your broadcast for multiple audience segments, a per-segment section shows the same counts broken down by segment. Select View members on a segment tile to filter the member list below.

  1. The member table below the funnel lists each recipient with their claim status. Each member’s token link is masked for privacy.

Per-member detail requires an API update and is not yet available at M1. The table will populate when that update ships.

  1. After 14 days, if some members haven’t claimed yet, the Resend stragglers button appears in the page header. Select it and confirm to send a new broadcast — with fresh, extended claim links — only to members who haven’t claimed.

You’ll know the broadcast is complete when the Claimed count in the stat tiles matches or approaches the Sent count and the Account claimed funnel stage shows the percentage you expect.

  • The broadcast was cancelled mid-send — A banner on the dashboard shows the approximate delivery count while the queue finishes. Once the queue drains, the banner updates with exact delivered and cancelled counts. To re-send within 48 hours of cancellation, use the Unified Undo panel (Admin → recent actions → Re-send with original config). See Your migration broadcast was cancelled or not delivered.
  • “Resend stragglers” isn’t available yet — The button appears only after 14 days and only when some members haven’t claimed. Come back after that window.
